Super Nutritious Strawberries and Cream

For a fresh, really nutritious alternative, replace the cream with... Natural Greek Yogurt and seived or blended Cottage Cheese adding 1 or 2 drops Vanilla essence / Extract and 15g (1x dessertspoonful) of clear honey for a delicious, fresh and super nutritious dish!

Honey has the added benefit of being an antiseptic with natural healing qualities. Being a 'naturally produced sugar', there are no sugar spikes - an added benefit for diabetics.
